Personal development has been a lifelong fascination of mine. As the saying goes, “Business is a personal growth journey,” and what better place to challenge yourself in almost every way than to own a business!

After I left my corporate career and decided to start my own business, I didn’t understand how limiting a fixed mindset would be (or that I even had one). The perfectionism that was encouraged in corporate was a huge liability in my new world.

I didn’t understand why I kept getting in my own way until I experienced the power of coaching. Being coached gave me multiple lightbulb moments around why I had been struggling and I’d like to do the same for you.

I intimately know the pain of fear holding you back. The frustration you experience when you know what you need to do but can’t seem to make yourself do it. Or spinning around feeling unsure of what to do next (although on a deep level, you may know what to do but can’t seem to access it).

I enjoy exploring the online entrepreneurial space and I’ve learned and experienced too much to not share! Plus, sharing knowledge and teaching others lights me up. I love it when coaching questions help someone reframe an issue and their new perspective evaporates a perceived obstacle.
